The Board of Oil and Gas Conservation will accept public comments through February 18th , 2003 on the Final EIS. A public Hearing was held on February 6th , 2003 in the Avalanche Room of the Billings Sheraton Hotel. A Record of Decision will be prepared following the close of the public comment period.
