WELL DATA SEARCH HELP
The Well Data Search HELP system provides HELP using various aspects of the Online Oil & Gas Information System. Click on the button to the left to access the HELP system.
NOTE: A "Pop-up blocker" will prevent export of data to Excel or to other programs. The on-line data application opens a new window to view exported data and allow it to be saved to your computer. Your pop-up blocker intercepts this new window; to export data disable the blocker or change its settings to "allow pop-ups from this site". You can by-pass the blocker temporarily by holding down the "control" key and clicking the appropriate export button.
WELL DATA SEARCH - PUBLIC Login
The Online Oil and Gas Information System allows the public user to search for selected oil, gas and UIC data from the Board's databases. This includes basic well, production, disposition, injection, and inspection information. It also allows for the user to export query results. Please be patient. It may take a minute for the program to load, depending on the speed of your internet connection.

WELL DATA SEARCH - Montana Internal State Network Login
This login is specifically for users who are on the State of Montana's internal network. Only use this selection button if you are a state employee logged into the internal network. Please be patient. It may take a minute for the program to load, depending on the speed of your internet connection.

IMPORTANT: This system requires a Java enabled browser. If you are unable to run the system or if the system runs slow, make sure you are using the most recent version of your internet web browser and that you have enabled Java. In Internet Explorer, Java enabling is accessed from the "Tools | Internet Options" menu and then picking the "Advanced" tab on the pop-up window.
